Reminder: Don't forget arm warmers, a gilet, gloves and a rain coat.
Especially for the north tours in the period of September till May. A gilet and armwarmers can also be useful for the rest of the year.

Anaga challenge - on request

This tour is for the well trained cyclist. The climbing pace will be between 12-15 km/h, for the last climbs around 9-12 km/h. We will ride around the most beautiful areas of the island. Wherever you look you will fall in love with what you see. First we take a transfer to the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and start to ride from the north of the city to have a good warm up before we start climbing in Anaga, the area protected by Unesco. We will ride on bendy roads in the most beautiful and magical surroundings. We visit Almagica, Chamorga, descending and climbing the same roads. Back on the main road we have our deserved break before we start decending and climbing again to reach the villages of Afur, Taborno, Chinamada and Los Batanes, ensuring we miss nothing of this magical part of the island. We finish the tour with a long decent via San Cristobal de la Laguna back to the capital city, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

This is for sure one of the most beautiful areas of Tenerife. Wherever you look you will fall in love with what you see. First we take a transfer to the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and start to ride from the north of the city to have a good warm up before we start climbing in Anaga. It’s breathtakingly beautiful, you’ll understand why the whole area is protected by Unesco. During the climb we see spectacular views as we get further and further away from civilization. We visit Almagica and Chamorga, descending and climbing the same roads. Before reaching the highest point we will have a break. We finish the tour with a long decent via San Cristobal de la Laguna back to the capital city, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Around the island tour - on request

​This tour is for the well trained cyclist. We enjoy the beautiful view of the Atlantic ocean during this tour as we cross some typical Canarian villages, each with it’s own ambiance. There will be for sure a lot to see when you are riding  from south to north and don't forget that at the end you will have 4000 mtr in your pocket. We will start to climb from Las Americas up to Erjos where will start a long decent to San Juan Del Reparo. We will then follow the road to Icod de los Vinos, Los Realejos, Santa Ursula to El Sauzal where we have a break to refill. It’s a long day so we will have more small stops during this tour. After San Christobal de La Laguna we will follow our way back home on the TF-28 "the old road” which is always fun to cycle.

East coast climbing tour - on Fridays

In this tour we ride more gentle hills from Costa Adeje heading to the east on the island on TF 28, “the old road”. We are cycling through picturesque Canarian villages with a beautiful view over the north Atlantic ocean. In Arico Viejo the riders of the short tour already stop for their break, while the head cycling group will go on till Fasnia and climb to the highest point La Zarza. On the way back we drop down to Poris de Abona and begin the head climb in a beautiful area with a lot of windmills. After that we follow de TF 28 back to the coast in the south with a more serious climbing session half way, to Granadilla.

El Teide north-east challenge - on Saturdays (even weeks)

This tour is for the well trained cyclist. The climbing pace is approximately between 12-15 km/h. We start cycling from Adeje and ride on the TF-28 "the old road" all the way to Guimar which is a good and hilly warm up for the main climb which will be 44 km to the cablecar at Pico del Teide.
On the road to Guimar we can enjoy already the beautiful view over the Altantic Ocean and some authentic villages, and also the lovely barrancos. One of the nicest things of this tour is that we will see the Atlantic ocean on both sides. We cycle through Corona Forestal, pass the observatory at Izaña enjoying the magnificent landscape that always changes during the day.

El Teide north-west challenge - on Saturdays (uneven weeks)

This tour is for the well trained cyclist. The climbing pace is approximately between 12-15 km/h. We start from sea level and climb towards Santiago del Teide and the area of Erjos. During the ride we can see the peak of el Teide on our right side and the Atlantic Ocean on the left. One of the highlights is a spectacular stop at Mirador El Lance where you can see the beauiful coasts of the North of Tenerife. Here we begin the 44 km climb to the cablecar at Pico del Teide. From the edge of the crater, Boca Tauce, we start our long descent back to the coast.

El Teide Parador tour - on Tuesdays

We start cycling from sea level and do 34 km climb in one go. After La Camella we climb all the way up to Vilaflor with a spectacular view over the south coast. From Villaflor we ride through Corona Forestal till the top of the national park. After we have a short decend to the crater where we can spot the peak. Finally we will ride 7 km through the mysterious landscape in the crater until the Parador hotel. If we are lucky, we can see some pro riders there. We will descen through Chio and stop at the famous bar Parada where we have another chance to spot the pros. From Chio we continue descending straigh down with a few hilly meters up back to Las Americas.

La Gomera tour - on request

First we take a boat transfer to La Gomera. This tour is a feast of art with stunning viewpoints and ever-changing, colorfull areas. This is a picturesque little island and you’ll feel as if you are coming to a different world. There is less traffic on the roads which is an invitation to join this tour. We start from the port of San Sebastian de la Gomera with a 25 km climb through the Garajonay national Park, a fairytale forest, which is also the biggest climb of the tour. It looks if you are on the filmset of Lord of the Rings or Jurasic Park with loads of tree’s and mosses. After that we ride through a valley and pass the charming village of Vallehermoso, surrounded by green canyons. After leaving the village we climb to Las Rosas to enjoy our break. We finish with a last climb and a long descent back to the port where we take the boat back to Los Cristianos, Tenerife.

Los Gigantes tour - on request

This tour has an easy start, a harder section in the middle, and a relatively easy finish. We will start by cycling from Las Americas to La Caleta. After reaching La Caleta, we cycle uphill along the golf courses, making our way out of the more touristic areas. From the village Armine on, we will cycling “Canarian flat” along the coast until we reach Playa San Juan, During cycling the coast road we will enjoy a beautiful view of La Gomera on our left side. In Playa San Juan, we will start to climb a nice road through loads of banana plantations.
In front of Guia de Isora we bend left and we take a quiet rural road what lead us to Puerto Santiago. There we will be able to have a closer look at the impressive Los Gigantes, the spectacular cliffs in front of the Masca area. After having soaked up the beauty, we climb until Taimaimo, where we will enjoy our break. During this climb, you enjoy a beautiful view first of Puerto Santiago and later on also over the entire south coast. In front of Chio we will start with a long descent via the villages Chio, Giua de Isora leading us in the direction of Adeje back to our start and finish point, Las Americas.

Masca Valley Challenge tour - on Mondays

We start cycling from sea level and do a long but gentle climb via Chio to Santiago del Teide where the cyclist of the 110km (B*) tour can join us. After Santiago we ride through the spectacular Masca Valley and enjoy the stunning views from Cherfe, Hilda and Baracán. After Baracán we have a long descent down to Buenavista del Norte, then from Las Cruces we start a gentle climb on a nice quiet road. After passing Genoves we will have fantastic views over the north of the island and the peak of El Teide. We will then continue with a harder climb via La Montañeta back to Santiago. The last serious climbing session is till before Argayo, after that we will roll back to the coast.

This tour is an combination of the gorgeous Anaga with the TF 28 "the old road". First we take a transfer to the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and start to ride from the north of the city to have a good warm up before we start climbing in Anaga. It’s breathtakingly beautiful, you’ll understand why the whole area is protected by Unesco. During the climb we see spectacular views as we get further and further away from civilization. We will follow the main road and climb 20 km. We will leave Anaga via a twisting decent to cross through San Cristobal de la Laguna and we take the TF 28 “the old road” which takes us back to the south on its rolling hills.
